Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the gologame platform. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. gologame is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.
gologame may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general conditions set out in this section.
All bets placed on gologame's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — is governed by gologame's Cricket Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. UFC, football, and all other sports markets are similarly governed by their respective sport-specific rules.
A bet is only confirmed once the gologame system has issued a bet reference number. gologame reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — and to cancel or amend markets in extraordinary circumstances such as match abandonment, event postponement, or force majeure events.
All casino games offered on gologame operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are sourced from licensed, internationally audited game providers. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, bet settlement, or any transaction, you must raise the matter with gologame support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this period may not be eligible for review. gologame's decision on all disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in the Responsible Gaming section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gologame platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:
gologame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, chargebacks initiated by the player, multi-accounting, or at the player's own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion procedure.
Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, gologame may withhold or void any bonus balances and may deduct any fraudulently obtained funds from the remaining real-money balance before processing any refund. Real-money balances held in a verified, non-breaching account will be returned to the player via a verified payment method following a reasonable due diligence period.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting gologame support. Accounts closed voluntarily are subject to a minimum cool-off period of 24 hours before closure is processed, during which responsible gaming self-exclusion tools remain active.
All content on the gologame platform — including but not limited to the brand name "gologame", logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data structures, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of gologame or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gologame platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. gologame expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. gologame is not liable for losses arising from: internet connection failures on the player's side, power outages, third-party payment provider delays, changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates, or events beyond gologame's reasonable control.
gologame collects, processes, stores, and uses player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy available at gologame.app/privacy-policy.
gologame collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, comply with its licensing obligations, and fulfil its anti-money laundering (AML) responsibilities. We do not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third-party commercial advertisers.
